The Manifesto

Cinema has always been a language built from many voices.

Different cultures, different visions, different ways of seeing the same world. When these voices meet, something new emerges: a living mosaic of stories, emotions, and ideas.

Inspired by Babylon as a metaphor for collision and creation, the festival becomes a cinematic meeting point where filmmakers from different corners of the world gather for one night of screening, conversation, and recognition.

  • Bold debuts, intimate personal stories, and radical visual experiments are all welcome.
  • Every selected film becomes another brick in a larger creative dialogue.
  • The audience experiences a curated tower of cinema, not a chaotic catalog.
Dual Funnel Strategy

For Filmmakers

  • Trust signals over festival ambiguity.
